If I place an order today, when I will receive it?

If you choose same day delivery (only in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman) you will receive your order between
10:00 am – 4:00 pm or between 4:00 pm-11:00 pm (Monday-Sunday)
if you choose normal delivery you will receive it within 2 working days (Saturday-Thursday)


How can I change my delivery date or time?

You can message us on WhatsApp, to inform us at least 6 hours in advance. If you let us know less than 6 hours, chances are, your balloons are already prepared and we may not be able to accommodate your request for a new timing.


Do you offer weekend delivery?

If you choose same day delivery we can delivery in weekend, if you choose normal delivery we can’t delivery in weekend.


How soon should I place my order?

You should place your order as soon as possible to secure your time slot on the preferred date. Although we accept last minute and same day orders but time slots are limited and priority will be given to customers who place their orders early.


Am I able to return my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the items have been shipped. We do offer replacement for orders damaged upon arrival, or wrong item shipped.


How long time the helium balloons last?

Recommendations state that latex balloons, when filled with helium, should last up to 7 hours. However, foil balloons last a lot longer than this and can last days.


How long will my helium balloons float for?

(Tested indoor in an air-conditioned room)

12″ – 12-15 hours
12″ confetti & heart – 6-9 hours
18″ – 15-20 hours
36″ – 1-3 days
36″ confetti – 1-2 days

Foil balloons:-
18″ & 20″ – 4-5 days
XL – 4-5 days
Orbz & Cubez – 5-7 days

Bubble balloons:-
18″ – 7-14 days
24″ & 36″ – 7-21 days


Do you use mixed gases or pure helium gas in your balloons?

To keep up the standards of Party Perfect, we only use top quality pure helium gas. We do not mix our gases to save costs. We believe in delivering the best.


Why do my balloons oxidize?

Latex balloons can become covered with a velvet finish when atmospheric conditions change, such as in high humidity, in high ozone or when exposed to sunlight. The velvet finish is the result of oxidation, the first step in the bio-degradation (or natural breakdown) of the natural latex.


Why do my balloons burst?

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, balloons burst. Bursting may be caused by static electricity brought about by changing weather conditions, or may occur under extreme heat, rapid weather changes, or caught by something sharp. While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door or we have left the venue, they are out of our control.


Is helium gas flammable?

Helium is a natural, non-flammable, non-toxic gas. It is lighter than air and is safe for the environment. Helium is an asphyxiated and inhaling it can also result in loss of consciousness, due to lack of oxygen – it should never be inhaled.
